Here’s a shot looking down the hallway at the opening reception of the Lehigh Art Alliance 78th Annual Fall Juried Art show. In the foreground on the left is one of my fellow New Bridge artists James A. DePietro. The show is being hosted in the Siegel Gallery at Lehigh University and runs until December 13th, 2013.
Both pieces that I submitted were accepted into the show. This one, Two Squares Next to Blue, was awarded the ‘LAA Award For Excellence’.
And here’s the other piece, Insert Into Pipe Flange, which was so graciously purchased by my artist friend Michelle Neifert upon dropping it off for jurying.
Me and some of my fellow award winners from the show. Among the winners were, Edward McCarty, Kass Morin Freeman, Karen Benco, Jacqueline Meyerson, Edwin Havas, Louise Arlen Cosgrove, Jean Thornberg-Thobaben, David Lee, and Brenda Messinger-Voll. Honorable mentions went to Nancy Bossert, Milan J. Kralik, Jr., and Edward McCarty.
